The BASS Team is recruiting for a Custodian for our Bangor client. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of their facility.
Excellent shift for those needing part time, day shift, about 20 hours/week, Monday – Friday. The schedule is 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, yet may have some flexibility, if it works for both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily cleaning of bathrooms, offices, conference and break rooms, hallways, and stairways, including trash removal and sanitizing high touch surfaces
· Routine cleaning of floors throughout the facility
· Maintaining cleanliness of windows and doors facility-wide
· Routine inspection of grounds for trash or other debris to maintain a meticulous appearance
Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-Previous janitorial experience
-Ability to work well as part of a team
-Good communication skill
-Stand for long periods, bend, reach, lift up to 50lbs, push/pull, climb stairs and operate all types of equipment for cleaning.
