Landscape & Handyman - Year round in Holden, ME 04429
Description
Seeking candidates for Landscape / Handyman positions for our client.

Work doing a variety of tasks: landscape/hardscape, remodels, yard clean-ups, new plantings, mulch, put up new fence, build a deck, and create a patio. In the winter projects turn to light building/remodel projects and plowing/snow removal.

The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30 am. Pay based on experience, $15-$18 an hour to start.
Requirements
Candidates must be able to use a variety of types of tools, be able to lift up to 65lbs, reach, grasp, stand for long periods, crouch. Previous hardscape, carpentry/construction experience a plus. Previous snowplow experience preferred.

Must have the ability to follow direction and use proper safety techniques. Work as a team.

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
HS Diploma or equivalent. Must meet background requirements.

Skilled Landscape/Hardscape Technician in Holden, ME 04429
Description
BASS is seeking Skilled Landscape/Hardscape Technician for our client. This year round position's schedule is typically Monday-Friday starting at 6:30am. Pay based on experience, $18-25 per hour.

Qualifications and Duties:
Good working knowledge of Hardscapes, Landscapes and equipment.
Experience installing landscapes/hardscapes at residential and commercial properties: patios, walkways, steps, retaining walls, etc.
Execute proper landscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full-service installations and proper handling of all materials.
Willingness to learn proper techniques and safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Will routinely load/unload vehicles (including tractors onto trailers) and safely transport equipment and materials to the job site.
Keep vehicles, machinery and tools in good repair and working order.

Requirements
Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicles.
Good communication skills.
Have strong attention to detail and be able to work with a team or independently.
Be able to work well following instructions.
